6, 7 & 8 Upper Belgrave Street

This external refurbishment project involved roof repalcement, major masonry and stucco render repairs, communal TV system installation and external redecoration. The project lasted 18 weeks and required a high level of communication and co-ordination with the clients and residents.

We met this challange head on and through a combination of accurate programming, personal liaison and financial management ensured the satisfaction all parties involved in the project.
