This project consisted of the full internal refurbishment of the common parts staircase at this prestigous address within the South Kensington area.

Meticulous restoration works were carried out to the original features including the careful restoration of the mosaic floor previously hidden under old floor coverings, restoration of moulded plaster wall panelling and repairs to the leaded lights.

The refurbishment also incorporated the modern requirements for multi occupational residences inclusive of the installation of new emergency and decorative lighting, installation of video entry phone system, fire alarm system, full redecoration and new carpeting to stairs.
